Placing an Order:

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation email from us after payment processing.

Pricing:

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices due to market changes, errors, or promotions. You will be charged the price stated at the time of order confirmation.

Order Processing & Shipping:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays) after payment confirmation. We ship globally, excluding some remote areas in Asia and other continents where delivery may be unavailable or delayed.

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 USD via DHL/FedEx. Delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 USD via EMS. Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our full Shipping & Returns Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Key points include:

• Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery if unused, unopened, and in original packaging with tags.
• Final sale items (contact lenses, opened makeup, used tools, etc.) are not eligible for return.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item).
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after return approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Store credit, issued within 24 hours of approval, never expires.
