Part 2: Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If a product isn’t perfect for you, our straightforward return process is here to help.

1. Our Promise & Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In its original, unused, and unopened condition.
  • In the original packaging with all tags, seals, and protective covers intact.
  • Accompanied by the original packing slip or order confirmation.

🚫 Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable)

For the health, safety, and hygiene of our entire community, the following product categories are FINAL SALE once purchased:

  • Contact Lenses (all types)
  • Face Makeup (e.g., foundation, concealer, lipstick)
  • Eye Makeup (e.g., mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow)
  • Opened or used items from the Face category (e.g., skincare applicators)
  • Used or opened Colouring Tools
  • Hair Care or Hair Colouring products with a broken seal
  • Cutting Tools once the packaging is opened (for safety reasons)

2. Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

Initiate Your Request

Within 15 days of delivery, email our Customer Support team at [email protected].

Subject Line: “Return/Exchange Request: Order #[Your Order Number]”

Please include in your email:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • Product name(s) for return/exchange.
  • Reason for the request.
  • Your preferred resolution: Refund, Exchange (specify item), or Store Credit.
  • Your shipping address and email.

Receive Instructions & RMA Number

Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days. If approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA number.

Package and Ship

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging. Include the packing slip/order confirmation and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship to the address provided in your instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (wrong/defective item). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Inspection & Processing

Once received, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return conditions. This process takes 3-5 business days after arrival at our warehouse.

3. Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds to Original Payment Method:

  • Timing: Processed within 5-10 business days after return approval.
  • Method: Issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
  • Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Store Credit:

  • Issued to your Clore Beauty Store account, typically within 24 hours of return approval.
  • Never expires, giving you maximum flexibility for your next beauty adventure.

4. Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the standard return process and specify your desired exchange product in your initial request. Once the return is approved and received, we will ship the new item.

  • If the new item costs more, you will be charged the difference.
  • If it costs less, you will receive store credit for the difference.
  • Standard shipping rates apply for the replacement item, unless the exchange is due to our error.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) at [email protected]. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. Please include photos of the issue and packaging in your email.
